Due to the Labor Day holiday, the Prescription Refill Service will be unavailable starting at 1:30pm on Friday, August 31st. It will return to normal business hours on Tuesday, September 4th.

The Rx ID number is located on the upper right hand portion of your prescription label.

Thank you for using our online prescription refill system.  

If you have authorized refills available, they will be available for pick-up next business day at the location of your choice.  

If you don't have any refills remaining, we will contact the prescribing veterinarian about authorizing a refill and let you know if that is allowed via email or phone.

Prescriptions mailed to your house: We will call you for payment arrangements.  Shipping can take 2-3 business days after the prescription is complete as we use standard US Mail.  (Please note, due to federal law, certain controlled medications cannot be mailed.)
