The Prescription Refill service will be unavailable starting Wednesday, November 22nd at noon, and resuming on Monday, November 27th for regular business hours. 

Any refills requested during that time will not be available until Monday, November 27th.

If you have an urgent refill request, please call WVRC’s main phone number (262) 542-3241 and press option 1.

The Rx ID number is located on the upper right hand portion of your prescription label.

Thank you for using our online prescription refill system.  

If you have authorized refills available, they will be available for pick-up next business day at the location of your choice.  

If you don't have any refills remaining, we will contact the prescribing veterinarian about authorizing a refill and let you know if that is allowed via email or phone.

Prescriptions mailed to your house: We will call you for payment arrangements.  Shipping can take 2-3 business days after the prescription is complete as we use standard US Mail.  (Please note, due to federal law, certain controlled medications cannot be mailed.)
